In November we began preparations for the 50th Jubilee of our chaplain, Fr. Patrick Universal. A true missionary, he spent a large part of his priestly years in the missions in Peru, Ecuador, Gallup, NM and other locations.
What began as a small celebration swelled into over 100 guests! The liturgy was beautiful and all the guests enjoyed a lovely meal afterward.
